This project represents Phase II of the Mercantile on Morris development in Downtown Birmingham. For this phase, we converted the historic shell into seven studio residences. A grand staircase connects the living areas with the bedroom above. With the remaining area, we developed tenant spaces fronting First Avenue above and Morris Avenue below.
