Endeavor Together

Peer Architects exists to build what could be: in the lives of our clients, the organizations they’re building, and the spaces they inhabit. We believe that organizations committed to serving others can change the world, and that good design can bolster their efforts. We created the Endeavor Grant to leverage our expertise in support of nonprofit ministries and organizations who are making an impact in their community every day. The grant awards up to $20,000 in pro-bono design services to catalyze a project of strategic importance to the recipient’s vision.

Services awarded are bespoke to the needs of the recipient, but can include the following:

  • Visioning: Capturing many versions of what a building, site, or space can be, and narrowing down to what’s best.
  • Project Feasibility: Developing a project far enough to understand its spatial, regulatory, and budget constraints.
  • Master Planning: Strategically planning a series of future projects over a larger area and period of time.
  • Site Analysis & Planning: Thoughtfully exploring and documenting the highest and best use of a site for a project’s program.
  • Conceptual Design: Drawing floor plans, elevations, and renderings to express what a space can be.
