Homebase is a small coworking space within an existing suburban development. A renovation for the primary tenant left 736 SF unused. The challenge here was to work within the constraints of load-bearing walls, low ceilings, and exterior windows and doors that could not move. We were able to program five private offices with little intervention to the existing conditions. This solution provided additional revenue for the owner at minimal cost.
